Please allow 15 working days for delivery. 90% of our deliveries are completed within this period. Our delivery policy is to try to deliver the customers orders as soon as it is possible to do so and in the most convenient manner as possible.
The delivery team will call the customer to discuss suitable delivery times and dates. They do this before the goods are dispatched from the warehouse to make sure the customer will be in or make arrangements for the receipt of their goods.
When placing the online order for your rattan garden furniture please remember to write the best contact number ( answer phone facilities on your mobile or landline are important ).
Where a mutually agreed delivery date has been established between the customer and our carrier and then the customer cannot receive the goods on the time of arrival we reserve the right to charge the customer a minimum handling charge to cover part cost of the failed delivery.

7 day returns for damaged or faulty goods
If your goods arrive damaged or faulty, you may return it to Rattan garden furniture world within 7 days of delivery date.
In this rare situation we will offer you a replacement for the faulty goods wherever possible ( for instance the item has not sold out )
Rattan Garden furniture World will pay for the delivery costs to replace or collect your item.
Please inform us of any faults that you have found with the item or its packaging as soon as you take delivery.

Please check for faults or damage of the box when signed for from the delivery driver. We are not responsible for damage caused once delivery has been taken and goods have been accepted.
All faulty items must be returned in the original packaging. Products with manufacturers faults must be returned as soon as the fault is discovered and within 7 days of the delivery date. Faliure to comply may result in Rattan Garden furniture world refusing to exchange your goods. Faulty items will be replaced at once (stocks permitting) or as soon as possible should the item be out of stock.
If the rattan garden furniture product returned is not in fully resalable condition or the packaging is damaged, we reserve the right to refuse a refund on the item.
Refunds will be issued within 30 workings days of cancellation.
If there is a delay in the delivery of the goods we will inform the customer as soon as possible. We will keep the customer informed at every opportunity so as to minimize any inconvenience caused.
Ninety percent of deliveries are acheived within three weeks of an order being placed.
